We've been made aware of an error that prevents users from getting
the correct credit for using a geothermal heat pump or a PTAC and Room Cooling unit. This is
because as you enter your proposed efficiency value for your unit,
the reference home is matching the value, incorrectly making it a
1:1 ratio.
The solution for now is to send us the file via a support ticket
or via email and we will run the reports here and forward them to
you. This is a temporary fix because this issue has been resolved
internally and will be in the next USA release.
THIS ISSUE IS FIXED IN VERSION 5 and higher.
