Symptoms When attempting to perform an 'ASHRAE 90.1-2010 - Energy Cost Budget Method' calculation, the calculation will start, and then throw up a 'clsserver error - RunFlaCmpCOde2014' and then cancel the calculation.

Cause

A possible cause for this error is the lack of a south-facing windows. Part of the calculation for ASHRAE 90.1-2010 requires that the East and West window area be greater than the South-facing window area. If a project does not include South-facing windows and does include either West- or East-facing windows, this calculation will not occur correctly.

Resolution Method

This error can be resolved by simply including a South-facing window in the project, one of minimum size so as not to effect the calculation.

If you perform the previous and you still receive this problem please contact us right away and attach the project file in question, along with any additional information, to your ticket so that we can help resolve this for you.
