Find the desktop shortcut for your software - USA
RIGHT CLICK on the desktop shortcut.
From the list, choose PROPERTIES (at the bottom.
Click on the COMPATIBILITY tab.
Check the box 'Run the program as administrator'
Click on Apply, then OK.
