When a license has been purchased from us, two emails will be sent to the email address used at the time of purchase. First will be the receipt for your order and second (or more) any that may follow will be for the license(s) purchased. Multiple license purchases will have their information sent in separate emails so as to avoid confusion on which activation information is associated with which product. If you find yourself in the position of not being able to find your receipt you can contact us with your activation information from the second emails and we can generate the emails again for you.
