The operable/inoperable inputs (shown highlighted below) in EnergyGaugeUSA Version 8.1.08 and beyond are only needed with attached projects and only impacts ENERGY STAR MFNC and DOE ZERH MF calculations. The operable/inoperable inputs only apply when the Structural (AW) checkbox under Multi-Family is selected.
