If you are using Windows 10 and cannot download the program from our website you will want to try turning off App & Browser control in Windows Security as shown below. To get to the Windows Security menu go to the Start Menu and type in "Windows Security" which should give you the option to open it. You will want to set the Check apps and files setting to Warn or Off. If that does not work you will want to check your antivirus or firewall settings.
