| Symptoms | When attempting to run a calculation (Typically any year of ASHRAE or IECC), the below error will appear mid calculation, preventing any further progress.

| Cause |
For ASHRAE and IECC calculations, custom utility rates and schedules can be used for calculation purposes. This particular error will occur when a Null schedule is used for a utility AND that utility 'Uses TOU Schedule'. (As displayed below)

| Resolution Method 1 | In order to resolve this issue, a non-Null schedule must be selected if you choose to use a TOU Schedule. If not, please uncheck TOU Schedule and verify that you have a valid Energy Charge value. |
